		<description>One can never have too many hat patterns!  Thanks for the link to Amanda&#039;s cute hat... we also need to wear hats much of the winter.  As a part-time knitting teacher, I can confirm that knitters truly love to &#039;convert&#039; others to love of this art.</description>

I just looked at the supporting article and while I still believe that it is true about the heat loss  part, I don&#039;t believe the part about sugar not making your kids hyper. There was a woman on NPR citing this study and my husband and I were laughing out loud at that claim. Come to any kid&#039;s birthday party after the kids have eaten the cake!</description>

		<description>That whole &quot;you lose xyz percent of body heat through your head&quot; thing has driven me crazy for ages. I always said that if you were all bundled up, but weren&#039;t wearing socks the heat would escape from your feet. I always got weird looks and arguments. I feel so vindicated!! Thank you.</description>
